The Client

Webisoft builds blockchain products and custom software for startups and enterprises. Great engineering, strong portfolio — and a website that almost nobody found. When we started working together, their site attracted just 226 organic visitors a month, ranking for only 621 keywords.

The Goal

One clear brief: grow organic traffic in a niche where trust matters enormously. Blockchain development is a high-ticket service, so every ranking gain translates directly into qualified leads. After our initial audits, we agreed the biggest lever was authority — earning editorial links from established SaaS and agency websites that Google already trusts.

How We Did It

1. Editorial links over volume

We built 280 backlinks over 14 months — a steady 20 per month, never more. Every placement came from a site between DR50 and DR91, with 90% secured as niche edits inside existing, already-ranking articles and the remaining 10% as guest posts. All 280 were editorial, in-content placements.

2. Anchors mapped to money pages

The anchor plan targeted Webisoft’s ten highest-opportunity keywords. At the client’s request, 70% of links pointed to the homepage and service landing pages (where deals are won), while 30% supported blog content to lift topical authority across the whole domain.

3. A content engine on the client side

Links work best when there’s something worth linking to. Webisoft’s team shipped 35+ high-quality articles every month throughout the campaign — excellent material that gave our placements context and gave Google fresh reasons to crawl the site.

4. Prioritizing pages that already had traffic

More than 50 of our placements went into blog posts that were already pulling significant organic traffic, so each link passed real visitors as well as authority.
