Zluri organic traffic growth chart

The Client

Zluri is a SaaS management platform that helps companies discover, manage, and optimize their software stack. They came to us with a frustrating problem: despite real SEO investment, growth had flatlined at around 8,700 monthly organic visitors. Rankings for their most valuable keywords simply refused to move.

The Diagnosis

Zluri’s traffic didn’t arrive on the homepage — 95% of it landed on blog content. Yet their existing link profile barely supported those pages. The fix was clear: point authority where the demand actually was.

The Playbook

1. Blog-first link building

We flipped the usual formula. 90% of our 370 backlinks pointed at blog pages targeting Zluri’s top 20 commercial keywords; the remaining 10% were brand mentions to keep the profile balanced. Every link came from a DR50–DR93 SaaS or industry site — 90% niche edits inside proven articles, 10% guest posts. All 370 were editorial, in-content placements.

2. Front-loaded velocity, then steady state

  • Month 1: 40 links — within three weeks the decline reversed
  • Months 2–3: 40 links per month to build momentum
  • Months 4 onward: 22–23 links per month to sustain compounding growth

3. A content calendar to match

On our recommendation, Zluri’s team scaled to 30+ new, SEO-driven articles per month. Fresh content gave us more link targets, more internal linking paths, and more keywords in play — a flywheel that fed the whole campaign.

4. Placements on pages with real readers

Over 50 links were inserted into posts already generating meaningful organic traffic, so each placement carried referral visitors alongside link equity.
